I worked at Santander full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nothing about this place is good, run as fast as you can and don't look back. If you want to be miserable, this is the place

    Cons

Micro-managed every working second of the day
Branch Managers barking orders all the while playing video games on their phones.
You have no chance of getting promoted unless you suck up and become their puppet
You will have no life, your life will be Santander, if your married say goodbye to family time
Sign on the dotted line, as you will be selling your soul to the devil
Santander has the word Satan in it and a flame as their logo, pretty much should tell you everything right there

    Advice to Management

Your employees are your most valuable asset, hiring managers to bark orders all day and micro manage is just going to have you spinning your wheels as you will never control the bleeding of people leaving! Give a hoot about your employees and stop worrying about that all mighty dollar
