    Pros

They made involved in projects and felt like I was more of a worker than a placement student.
My manager was also very understanding and nice and explained things in details when needed and was always ready to answer any questions I had.

    Cons

The first week was long but this was because of lack of computers for interns. Although it was resolved and wasn't a problem it should be though of and fixed.

Fantastic commitment to diversity, agility and flexibility.
Opportunity to work autonomously or with a team.
Lots of development opportunities and fantastic benefits ranging from health insurance to company car options.

I have been working at Santander UK full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A very structured learning environment that allows you to develop very quickly and learn all that is required for the basic role.

    Cons

Incredibly regimented in terms of controls and meeting targets to the point that it becomes more about meeting targets than meeting the customers needs.

    Advice to Management

Make a more concerted effort to ensure that the customer becomes the focus point rather than getting the utmost efficiency per interaction with employees.
