    Pros

If your as corrupt as the management in place they will reward you for keeping their lies secret. The HR and the management are excellent portraying this place as a great place to work

If you are close to retirement it's a well known fact they will stop at no cost in order to fire you. They cater to some and retaliate against those who try to expose the corruption

I have been working at Sapa Group full-time

    Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent - you will meet more people with years of tenure than you could imagine in one location.

    Cons

Little flexibility for a non-plant position that is extremely demanding and company that is highly fragmented. Some plants continue to have old school politics that do a dis-justice to Sapa as a whole . Bad behavior is often rewarded and good behavior is taken for granted. This is a company in dire need of outside HR auditing, house cleaning recommendations and implementation of modern practices . This company has no clue how to value and protect their human assets.

    Advice to Management

Stop coasting to your retirements and raising bad leaders. Passing down your outdated , self-serving management styles will keep Sapa from reaching full potential.

I have been working at Sapa Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There are no pros to working at Sapa. When you talk to recruiters the first question they ask is why are you there.

    Cons

Unethical business practices that are looked over at the corporate level. The company is known by employees to to say they are going to do things, but never back up what they say. Their mission statement is a lie. In all honesty this place is fraudulent in every way. Poor quality even after a major incident, poor accounting practices, and no job security unless you engage in company politics.

    Advice to Management

Close up shop or make major changes.
