    Pros

    1. If you have zeal inside you to learn and grow, this is one of those good places where you would want to be.
    2. Variety of projects based in variety of technologies.
    3. Very open environment. You can go and talk to anyone, be it VP or Director without any hesitation.
    4. All the senior leadership whichever I have seen is good. Friendly to talk.

    Cons

    1. In some projects, working hours can be long. But if you're talented & hard working enough, you can manage.

    Pros

    Salary is good its only good thing.
    People are helpful.

    Cons

    Hire and Fire company
    Doesn't Value employee.
    No work life balance.
    Bench aging is too much.
    Firing without reason we don't have project for you.

    Advice to Management

    Please hire people as much as are required. You people were hiring in a full pace in 2016 without visibility of much Project. and if u hired them than atleast don't ruin their career by keeping them on bench or firing.
    Worst company doesn't value employee.
