    - You can drive your own growth as well as learning
    - Flexible work hours, work-from-home really helps
    - Attention to detail is the focus while delivering solutions to consumers

    Cons

    - Work-life-balance is also what you own besides the growth !

    I need to be a part of management to understand their challenges before advising :-)

    Pros

    It is a good company to work for, salary is just above industry average. culture is good. People are good and helpful.

    Cons

    it is my first company so i have nothing to compare. food in the cafeteria could be better, otherwise everything is okay.

    Advice to Management

    Have some good food in the cafeteria with subsidy. Office timings could be improved. It is too early to come to office at 8:30 in the morning.

    Pros

    1. Good company and good pay and benefits.
    2. You can change projects if you want.
    3. good learning opportunities.
    4. Good culture if you compare with other companies, they can pay you much better if bargain good.

    Cons

    1. Bench time could be bad for you, specially staffing people are pain and very unprofessional.
    2. People forced to come to office even if you don't have space for them to sit.
    3. Sometimes old employees are paid poorly Vs one who joining new.
    4. Work life balance might not be that good in some projects. As sapient bags project with high commitments.

    Advice to Management

    1. Check on the staffing guys, they are rude and unprofessional. Many people leaves Sapient because of them.

    Great work culture.
    Good salaries, Like the best in gurgaon. You should know how to negotiate
    Work with latest technologies.

    Cons

    Work pressure. Sometimes they try to accommodate less people with more work. Theres red tape of course. Senior people tend to get promoted due to their relationship not capabilities.
