I have been working at Sapient full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you have the ability to build your own path, this is the place to do it. Great opportunities for hard working, intelligent individuals. It's a fun, rewarding, energetic place to work with great people doing great things.

    Cons

Communication since the acquisition has been lacking. This creates uncertainty within the organization and we have lost great people because of it.

    Advice to Management

Get back to the core values! Openness is key to who we are as an organization and there hasn't been enough!

I worked at Sapient (Less than a year)

    Pros

A lot of great client work comes based on the brand (history) of Sapient and good marketing (some stretch of truths).

    Cons

Little respect for the actual producers of the outcomes. The exec team has a great history of making sure they make their money but when contributors ask for something or get recognized elsewhere, they cry like babies that you are leaving and owe them something (yes, you are taking profits they make on you away by leaving but won't pay you to stay)

    Advice to Management

No advice to management they are all making out like bandits in the model. They don't need any advice, it's the poor saps that work everyday to make clients successful who need advice "go find a better opportunity and get rewarded both in money and satisfaction"
