Pros
Great people within the company. Organic growth and great stability as an organization. The executive team communicates well and is heavily involved in the day to day operations. Open, direct and a fast-fun environment.
Cons
Travel is required for most employees because we're client facing. It doesn't bother me but I can see this being a con for some people that wish to remain in the office. We're typically on the go!

No Loyalty to their staff - Over spent on hiring people then decided to sack random people when costs were tight
Feb 28, 2017 - SAP Business One Consultant in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1.Exposure to some great experience both national and international 2.The opportunity work along side some great talented people 3.Head office is in a prestigious building 4.Free alcohol on a Friday evening 5.average rates of pay 6. Good to use as a stepping stone for your career
Cons
1. Project planning is a shambles - the PM's haven't got the foggiest and it is apparent people that are well liked get promoted (this is not due to talent but more due to being teachers pet) 2. Customers get charged for consultants travel time and over time if any - Sapphire do not always pay this to the consultant (daylight robbery!) 3.The management are up tight, extremely two faced, smug and unfair, if you dare to challenge them they will find away to get rid of you using the 2 year rule of not being able to claim unfair dismissal. 4. They now source a lot of their consultants from out side of the EU thinking that they will not be able to work for anyone else in country due to sponsor ship. They work these people like dogs only recently they have been proven wrong as two of them now got jobs with a competitor who was clearly more than happy to sponsor them. 5.No career progression if you are not in with the crowd. 6.No working from home, admin days must be in the office - ridiculous when you are out on site all week travelling up and down the country. 7. Disciplinary happy - HR - what exactly do they do? Contracts are templates so its just editing the name and printing this out - as they have nothing to do - they invest their time in trying to sack innocent people. Will be interesting to see how their tribunal cases go. They clearly over spent on hiring people - sacking random people and lying that it was because their performance was poor is not the way. What happened to old fashioned redundancies? IF it was under the two year rule you would have had to pay anything out at all. Instead you would rather save face and get a flourish of bad reviews instead!

Worked for Sapphire for several years now and it's been great to get to know everyone, very warm and friendly people, it's fantastic also because they employ people from all around the world who have very different cultures from my own. I would highly recommend getting a foot in the door because you will have great career prospects with plenty of potential for moving up the ladder.
Cons
I will keep you posted because I can't honestly think of any cons at this time.
