    Pros

    Great pay and room for advancement. Management tries to promote from within. They try new ideas. The commission and benefits plans are fantastic. They have a leadership in training program that helps to groom leaders, unfortunately it hasn't been as succesful because they often overlook the day to day mentoring.

    Cons

    company got too big that they forgot about entrepreneurial approach they once had. Employees become more of a number and senior management was less approachable. The culture can become too enthusiastic about drinking and happy hours and not enough on other fun outings.

    Advice to Management

    Get back to roots of smaller and decentralized company, but keep the marketing and HR functioning as federal programs, they do a good job.

    I worked at Sapphire Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Was a good first staffing job. The training by the manager was decent. The offices were great. The tech support guy was awesome.

    Cons

    unprofessional branch manager. too concerned with numbers and margins. And she played favorites in the office which caused animosity among employees.

    Advice to Management

    Understand what is going on better in the branches. Don't just be concerned with the numbers.

    Pros

    Pays fast until end client pays. No paycheck delays. I had a good experience with theirs hiring managers, professional and helpful.

    Cons

    This is a bear-bone low level company if you're a contracting through them. No benefits, or let me say, you-pay-in-ful-out-of-your-pocket benefits. They dont provide good pay rates either.

    Advice to Management

    If you making a lot on a contractor, please provide at least a decent level of benefits, so people can stick with you.

    Eqquitable salary, but management tends to be secretive.

    Cons

    Sometimes it seems they will hire anybody, so often mentoring is required that can interfere with job responsibilitiues.

    Advice to Management

    Making training and continuing education available would be a big plus.

    Big Company. Stable. Young company to work for.

    Cons

    Salary and commission is very poor compared to competitors.

    Advice to Management

    There needs to be more incentives to make people work hard. No acknowledgement.
