Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

    Pros

    I am currently working for Saras America and so far the experience has been very positive. I had opportunity to work with various clients in USA through them. The HR is very supportive and always available to help. Never had any issues with payroll. I would recommend Saras America to candidates who would like to work in IT in USA.

    Pros

    The culture is young, dynamic& professional. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees. The benefits and opportunities are Immense.They are little conservative in approach however what you are promised is what you get please read the offer letter carefully. I did the same and got whatever was written.

    May take time to get placed how ever its for the consultants benefit as They do not undersell their consultants.
