The culture is young, dynamic& professional. Management is open with all employees and values contributions and consistently demonstrates a commitment to the betterment of the employees. The benefits and opportunities are Immense.They are little conservative in approach however what you are promised is what you get please read the offer letter carefully. I did the same and got whatever was written.

May take time to get placed how ever its for the consultants benefit as They do not undersell their consultants.

I am currently working for Saras America and so far the experience has been very positive and am currently working on their 3rd assignment. They have excellent people in the management and HR who have helped me out in many ways. I had the opportunity to work across various domains in the US and this had helped me to grow in my professional career. I would recommend Saras America to all candidates who want to pursue their career in IT industry in USA.

They treat you like slaves. All the positive reviews are by their HR team. They expect you to be on desk for 8 hours with occasional walking or standing. Dont join these bloodsuckers

Working with Saras America is best from past a year. My experienced with Saras America was good. Recruiting staff is good and got placed in less than a month. No issues till date regarding payments and they pay as promised. The Management is friendly supportive and responds timely manner. Happy working with them.
