    Pros

Great company, exciting work, and its a small enough team where you still have a tribe sort of feel.

Keep the culture while the team grows!

I worked at Sarepta Therapeutics (Less than a year)

    Pros

Sarepta was an awesome place to intern, I was given great guidance on the work by the staff and loved the company culture. It was growing but not more than 150 at the time. The actual technology Sarepta develops is very interesting too, so I learned a lot about a PMOs, etc. Awesome place to work!

    Cons

Not much--the company is growing so I hope the company culture stays the same.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Sarepta Therapeutics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good people, great benefits, nice office, hard working employees, flex hours. CEO has passion. Making a difference in DMD community saving lives. Employees passionate about work. Never board.

    Cons

Nepotism, bad management, bad communication good old boys club. Upper management is very back stabbing and sneaky. Lots of side bar meetings excluding employees. Make doing ones job very difficult and hard to succeed. To many cliches within departments. Don't trust current HR staff. Environment is not warm. High employee turnover especially women not being promoted.

    Advice to Management

Bring in more high level women VP's. Communicate with employees, become more transparent. Be viable take the time to get to know the worker bees. Stop the old boys club mentality, so employees trust management. Make culture warmer.

    Pros

The QC team I worked on here was fantastic. My team worked diligently to complete projects well and on time. It was a fantastic environment to learn the in's and out's of QC work. I was given ample responsibility and trained on a variety of new assays.

    Cons

At time it seemed tha internal communication could have been better.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    "Good people bad management"

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

-Working on an important to solve problem
    - Most of the other employees are nice and helpful

    Cons

    - lots of politics
    - bosses that can't be trusted
    - management too busy fighting with each other to have a plan

    Advice to Management

Establish a more professional work environment. The things various bosses said about each other behind closed doors was very immature and created a very uncomfortable work environment.
