I have been working at Sares- Regis Group full-time

    Pros

This is my first job in leasing and I'm glad I decided to go with Sares-Regis! They invest in your by providing training sessions and webinars, as well as mentorship.

    Cons

Working weekends, and my property is fairly slow, so commission isn't too great (also has to do w/ property owner, not particularly Sares-Regis).

I worked at Sares- Regis Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere , kind , understanding and effective management . I grew intrinsically at this time of my life . There was respect and always opportunities to be part of the community at the property.

    Cons

There were times that my leasing consultant coworker was able to take a lead I had been working on for a while . I did it like that the manager approved of that but it's a grey area.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for being awesome .

I worked at Sares- Regis Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent money, small housing discount, good tool for networking

    Cons

Weekends are impossible to get off. Little to no work/life balance. Really boring job.

    Advice to Management

You should consider a floating leasing agent or two. It's very frustrating to not be able to partake in personal activities because of weekend work.

I worked at Sares- Regis Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Growth opportunities, great benefits for individuals (not families), decent pay, investment in employee growth, training programs, friendly upper management.

    Cons

The new commission structure is not as motivating for leasing consultants.

    Advice to Management

Utilize caution before hiring property managers and maintenance supervisors - not all individuals make good leaders.

I worked at Sares- Regis Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good bonuses, positive atmosphere in the leasing office, training manager who was willing to answer questions and groom for promotions.

    Cons

The people in the corporate office have clearly never been in a leasing office before. They have little understanding of what actually happens from day to day and have unrealistic expectations.

    Advice to Management

Have corporate employees train in the leasing offices too so everybody has a well-rounded understanding of the day to day business.
