I worked at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you want to grow and take up better challenges and prove a point it is company how can give you such jobs.

    Cons

    Not very great pay scales

    Advice to Management

Recently it is seen that the company promoters doesn't care for the long service high potential employees and with other hotel company's buying in stakes in Sarovar it looks that the promoters do not have any higher aspiration for the company. It is good to be a management company and with out having or having very less owned properties shows lack of long term commitment in the business. It could have been better to pass on leadership to successors rather than selling off company stakes.
