    Good exposure to all aspects of the chemical value chain.some good managers that want to look after your career.

    Cons

    Not much opportunity to move up. Management not doing a good job pulling the diverse work force together.

    Pros

    Great work environment, good benefits, high ambitions, good quality processes, great and overskilled staff for what is being executed. Great work culture and people, good work environment

    Cons

    Processes are blocking decision making, no real upstream mentality, no upstream budget, wrong CEO and leadership with pure mining mentality, upstream is effectively RSA centered, limited career perspective for expats.

    Decide if upstream will be part of your growth strategy or keep it as guinea pig
