I worked at Satcom Global full-time

    Pros

There are no pro's to this place, they repeatedly lie to customers and staff alike.

    Cons

Everything you could possibly imagine! Poor management, blame culture, inability to follow their own procedures. The only way to get on in the company is to say yes sir three bags full to every request.

    Advice to Management

Try listening to your staff and stop being so inept.

    Pros

Decent if you want just a paycheck.

    Pros

It is a good place to get your feet wet in the satellite communications industry. You will learn a lot here.

    Cons

There is no room for grown within the company. Employees are treated as pawns and are not listened to for feedback.

    Advice to Management

Listen to advice if you ask for it. Try to make the work environment more pleasant. Do not assume that people will not leave if pushed.
