    Pros

Saturn Infotech cares deeply about the success and satisfaction of their clients, as well as their own employees. The CEO and executives treat everyone as an integral part of the team. Working in a small environment and having such close proximity to upper management makes people take more ownership and quicker action with their work. Saturn is an industry leader driven to make a difference in enterprise reporting and insight.

    Cons

Limited mobility, but varies by department. No downsides about company culture or workload.

I worked at Saturn Infotech full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Saturn Infotech. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values

    Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Saturn Infotech everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Saturn Infotech is on a path to not only financial success but also to cultural success which is a much hard thing to achieve.

I worked at Saturn Infotech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Learning Opportunities
    Good company for International Employees

    Cons

    - No Structure in the office in terms of dress code or set hours of work. This lead to a lot of miss communication and made the employees disorganized to potential clients and employees when entering the office
    - Unusual and ineffective form of training. The only training we would receive were through videos which were hard to understand for people who's first language would be English. The accent in the training videos were too thick and often had to be watched several times to understand.
    - Unapproachable management. Signs in front of some employee's cubicles often said "do not enter" at all times and there was often no communication at all between employees giving the sense that it was taboo to interact freely with others in the office.
    - Training often felt like taking a high school class rather than a company of adults because of the way management would treat consultants

    Advice to Management

Focus on creating an inviting office atmosphere that encourages communication, excitement and a sense of unity between the

I worked at Saturn Infotech full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not that i can think of apart from the free accommodation which is aimed at keeping an eye on their trapped employees

    Cons

Lies!!!! they wont tell you that they are going to doctor your resume to reflect experience you don't possess. you wont get paid till you get to the client side which might be months after the so-called training

    Advice to Management

Stop this exploitation and deceit. and also decease from encouraging your inner circle staffs to post good comments about the company on glassdoor within a space of three days. They are bad liars
