    Pros

Very bad non professional environment to work for, very fake company, they provide very superficial training, the kind of training is video based training from an indy guy with very bad and strong accent with very bad quality, at the end of the videos, you find yourself waited time without really learning something, after that they fake you a Resume, falsified resume from A to Z with fake projects you'd never done with tasks you even don't heard about it and they post your resume in the market to get you projects. after that you get lot of calls from clients and you need to explain what in your resume as a SR. BI guy, at the end you never make it.

    Cons

3 to 4 months of training, no training support, no pay, you completely support yourself, you loose money, time and they release you after that after not being able to find a client. everything is falsified and fake, they operate against the law, fake licence, fake practices, very bad supervision under one indy guy that is treated purely as a slave from there former slaves CEO and COO, luck of advanced training materials

    Advice to Management

you really don't wanna have anything to do with this kind of company

    Pros

Though they pay less they pay on time.

    Cons

Very low pay though there is very good market. Be truthful to your employees about pay and benefits. Sharing some of your profit is not a big deal.

    Advice to Management

We deserve better pay, try to share some profit

    Pros

Flexible hours. The managers are very willing to work with you incase if anything sudden comes up. Great opportunities if selected as contractor (but rarely selected)

    Cons

    - MAIN CON: VERY shady in terms of how they run as a company and how people get paid and become contractors. Seen senior management lying to clients and taking interviews for employees with clients
    - Extremely unprofessional atmosphere, management, and co-workers.
    - Lack of organization of company structure.
    - Lack of resources for employees such as office supplies, desks, phones, etc.
    - Lack of basic office necessities. Employees must work off of their own personal laptops because the company will not provide you with one ( which is INCREDIBLY stupid for a technology company and for the client data security wise). Employees also are not provided desk space, all employees sit together in one conference room everyday together.
    - Lack of proper training materials. The training "videos " are bootleg rip offs of an international professor with a heavy accent talking over presentation slides.
    - The list goes on but overall would not recommend working here. In the few months I have worked here 6 people quit because they were unhappy.

    Planning on quitting soon.

    Advice to Management

LEGALIZE YOUR PROCESS. Please get organized and become a professional company. Get proper equipment and training for your employees if you want to actually be taken seriously.

    Pros

None I can think of. The good reviews for this company are written by the management itself. So don't believe their bogus reviews.

    Cons

These guys are very unprofessional. They always talk in their own language. They say to you that we are all a family, but in reality they only want to take advantage of you. Their salary is worst in the market. They only want extort money and make you work hard over-night to gain profit. The management is third-class. There is no such thing as professionalism. Everyone is extremely rude and they lack knowledge. They are all idiots. If you want to waste your time join them. When you receive a call from the recruiters from this company just run-away.

    Advice to Management

    Be professional
    Read books on Business ethics.

High salary - but all IT firms pay high

CEO is the only nice person here

    Cons

Always talking in their own language
Lies about a lot of things from the beginning!!
Management is plain rude and you have to run behind people to help you every single time you are stuck, and have to sit for hours till they get free

    Advice to Management

Be polite and care more about people training there
CEO is the only reason I gave it 1 star

    Pros

    Learning Opportunities
    Good company for International Employees

    Cons

    - No Structure in the office in terms of dress code or set hours of work. This lead to a lot of miss communication and made the employees disorganized to potential clients and employees when entering the office
    - Unusual and ineffective form of training. The only training we would receive were through videos which were hard to understand for people who's first language would be English. The accent in the training videos were too thick and often had to be watched several times to understand.
    - Unapproachable management. Signs in front of some employee's cubicles often said "do not enter" at all times and there was often no communication at all between employees giving the sense that it was taboo to interact freely with others in the office.
    - Training often felt like taking a high school class rather than a company of adults because of the way management would treat consultants

    Advice to Management

Focus on creating an inviting office atmosphere that encourages communication, excitement and a sense of unity between the

    Pros

great pay, nice coworkers, easy to get a job even if you have no experience

    Cons

if you look at linkedin on people who work at Saturn InfoTech their experience is fake. people just changes to 5 year or 3 year even if they just started working so they can look experienced in front of other people. and I am surprised that management is fine with that. you can definitely get a job here if u speak hindi. I would ask management to check on your top level employees and see how they are doing.

    Advice to Management

fix the fake experience people have on linkedin even directors they gave 8 years or plus experience which is fake.

    Cons

Lies!!!! they wont tell you that they are going to doctor your resume to reflect experience you don't possess. you wont get paid till you get to the client side which might be months after the so-called training

    Advice to Management

Stop this exploitation and deceit. and also decease from encouraging your inner circle staffs to post good comments about the company on glassdoor within a space of three days. They are bad liars

    Pros

you need practices in becoming either lawyer or a CON-Artist, this is the place to be.

    Cons

EVERYTHING! A company full of liars built on a foundation of LIES and unethical practices.

    Advice to Management

Buy beds for your guest houses. Do not make your trainees sleep on dirty floor.
Prey on desperate newly graduates with no experience and in need of H1B Visa to lie and trick honest companies out of money.
Provide honest and real training to employees to be confident to fulfill their duties at client.
