Very poor management. HR doesn’t take initiative for employees well-being.No rewards for better performance. No promotions or incentives for past 10 years and hence talented people couldn’t grow to any positions. Company circulate appraisal and performance incentive notices but doesn’t stick to it and keep on postponing months and months. Worst management. Spoiling company reputation.

Less opportunity to grow. Appraisal happens once in 10 years. Management postpone entire process of promotion ,incentives and push employees for mass resignations. HR doesn’t bother employees recognition.Only titles given to top management. Rewards and recognition are cheesy and vague.Worst management.
