    Sometimes people have the old management mentality. Promotion sometimes depends on how long have you been with the company

    Empower the young innovative employees. Make meritocracy the basis for promotion

    Salaries , evaluation system , Not a lot of conferences , not a lot of asset team work.

    Review the Evaluation system
    Start asset teams
    rotate the conference attendance employees
