    Advice to Management

I worked at Saudi German Hospitals Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not recommended to work at all

    Cons

    Worst salary structure.
Contract forces employee to pay back two months salary in addition to two months notice.
No respect for employees or patients.
No concept of any standards, purely money minded people.

    Advice to Management

Please Treat and consider employees and patients as human beings

    "A very bad work experience"

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Just the title of the hospital

    Cons

A catastrophic management and catastrophic HR, very bad salaries compared to previous experience, recruitment was a real disaster that many of the employees were unsuitable in their positions, an ancient system, all contracts contain a clause that forces the employee to pay 2 months to the hospital in case they leave before the year ends. They treat anyone other than doctors in a very bad way, salaries are never on time.

    Advice to Management

Do not take advantage of Egyptians because of their current economic status. Update your system and policy because there are variations between countries.

    Cons

employee evaluation is not fair and depends on community for example in Egypt the foreigners talk their salary in USD and Egyptian take in Egyptian pound and the gab between salaries is horrible .

Work politics. Doctors are just too lazy. Doctors are always shouting to nurses. Supervisors seldom listens to staffs. Salary does not compensate the work load. Too many oncalls for HDU. No overtime pay only time bank.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staffs so you can retain quality nurses. Give what is due to your patients.
