    Pros

    It was a job and a salary at beautiful location

    Cons

    Had some people living in rat, roach and bed bug infested homes. Sometimes pay was delayed for weeks or months, Always trying to figure out how to pay bills. Poor reputation in the community for not paying or half doing things. Long work hours with no extra pay or compensation. Not purchasing employees plane tickets all the way back home only close.

    Advice to Management

    Be Honest, Pay Employees ON TIME, Must have great housing and work hours for everyone

    Very good atmosphere, its like always a learning institute.

    Salary is not on time and also no increment.

    Management should have a check on employees, specially on sales people because they are not working according to their tasks.

    Pros

    Opportunity to work on big projects. Good pay and long hours, 6/days week. Free housing and free insurance, company car and free food and flight tickets.

    Cons

    Hot weather and very differente working practices from ter team. Low skill of the qualified staff, which makes it hard to delegate complicated tasks. Long hours and the stress of building enormous sites.
