I worked at Save Mart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Career advancement, within a year I was promoted. The flexible schedule was great.

    Cons

Management uses bully tactics and does not reinforce positively within her employees. Management would openly make negative comments about others. I received my Bachelors in HR with the intention of putting people first, l felt uncomfortable working at Save Mart. Unfortunately, the culture is very different from other departments. False promises were made during promotion.

    Advice to Management

There is a high turnover within the Leaves Administration department, maybe it is time to look at the management style and what is not working.
