I worked at Save Mart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Employees are great
    Hours are good
Pay is good for the work
It’s not very stressful and the people you work with are great

    Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement, people in higher positions tend to hold onto them. I do think that the raises should be a little higher.

Good location, secure facility and plenty of work to do to keep you busy. Hours flexible and work can be enjoyable.

    Cons

Experienced hostile work environment. Management said they had no control on raises. Communication from corporate was relayed in blindsides. Very little growth opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Pays pretty good, and you can make upwards of 1000 more a month in incentive, hard work definitely pays off

Night shift can be a drag, 10 hour shifts with short breaks and only a 30 min lunch just isn't enough for the type of work we do

    Advice to Management

Stop being sneaky, LOOKING for reasons to write people up
