I worked at Save Mart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some good people, none in management. Free coffee, not in stores tho. Good healthcare plans.

    Cons

Just about everything. No direction, no accountability, poor execution, pays employees less than market value, managers are too concerned with protecting themselves, that they will easily sacrifice their subordinates to save face. Antiquated technology, not because they can't upgrade, but the management has no advanced knowledge and doesn't trust any skills of their employees.

    Time clocks for professional employees.....

I could go on but I don't want to...

    Advice to Management

Drain the swamp... All of it... Get good talented people in management. Quit making people afraid for pointless reasons.
