    Pros

Well before Bob started to slip this company was a leader, He made some tremendous mistakes screwing many lucky and especially Albertsons employees. Should have lowered prices and kept up with innovations faster, let old stores slip to far

    Cons

Well talking to former supervisors, when Bob passed away Nicole should have gone out and hired a top tier CEO and stepped aside

    Advice to Management

There are no words other than please Nicole before the ship sinks completely go out and hire a CEO or sell to a company that has deep pockets to save your loyal employees!!! Pray prices get lowered and a new direction is started. Look at your spoilage going on the dumpster my god

I worked at Save Mart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are none anymore. This company is a sinking ship. When the rats start to jump off the ship it's time for you to jump as well.

    Cons

With the recent firing of over 200 employee with little to no notice is wrong. Many put 20 plus years into your business to help you get to where you are. Once Bob died it has gone down hill fast. They can't figure out what to do. They have no loyalty and they will demote or fire you on the spot when it's not your fault. Do not work here.

    Advice to Management

Sell your company to save your employee's. It is clear you have not idea what you are doing. You don't listen to your employee's. You don't care. Just sell the company.

    Pros

Not a single thing. I would run if they offer a position to you. Don’t leave your current employer for them.

    Cons

Zero job security. They have no loyalty to their employees. They don’t know what they are doing. Just another grocery store.

    Advice to Management

    Figure out what you’re doing

    Pros

What is left of the good people who care.

    Cons

Management has made it an impossible place to work. They make changes and then once they realize it isn't working, make more changes. They don't know what is needed and keep shooting in the dark. They don't appreciate good employees and make it impossible for good people to care about the company. There is no work life balance. They will suck the life out of their employees and then term them.

    Advice to Management

Sell the company before you run it into the ground!
