I worked at Save the Children full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good career development opportunity, many chances to go work at field. Good salary and benefits among industry Good work/life balance if you are working in the developed country

    Cons

Move away from your family for the non-family post. Staff turnover in hardship posts are relatively high, so senior management at some field offices are not stable.
