I worked at Save the Children (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company atmosphere with nice people to work with who share a common goal.

    Cons

Many job positions are temporary considering it is a nonprofit and the job positions are based on the availability in each department's budget. No benefits for temps, even if you are full time. You need to be an independent self starter in order to work at this company which can be difficult for some but can be successful for others depending on your ambition and work style.

    Advice to Management

Need more collaboration and communication between departments
