    Accomodating, care about staff, care about issues, great brand, good overseas pay, international opportunities.

    Resources are often undeutilized / wasted.

    Advice to Management

    Bring in some corporate sector people, to improve efficienty. Helping one child is not good enough when you could have used the same money to help five.
