I have been working at Saviance Technologies full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Have been watching lot of postings from unknown entities. Mostly non-performers are getting fired and that would continue to happen. We fire people when we get a customer feed-back on somebody's performance. In the last 5 years there has not been a single occasions when we defaulted our Salary or Statutory Dues.

    Cons

All our hirings are based on the kind of projects that we secure in the US. Our core focus area is Enterprise Mobility. All our current employees have great abilities to retrain themselves in cross platform technologies. If anybody is not willing to adopt this strategies, that person needs to go.

    Advice to Management

We believe in participative management and we are one of the most liberal and employee friendly organizations .
