I have been working at Savvee Consulting, Inc. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Awesome benefits, various ways to grow and expand in my career, and most of all they treat everyone like family. I've worked for Savvee for almost 6 years now and if they'll have me I'll never leave!

    Cons

At times work location was far, but they have always worked with me to make it work - thanks to the 2 best managers Karen and Mark.

I have been working at Savvee Consulting, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They really care for their employees. The managers are genuine and up front with you. They hire great people.

    Cons

Benefits are a little lacking. There isn't really a written down education benefit which in this day and age is odd.

    Advice to Management

Add education benefits. Keep up hiring great people and being good to your employees so few companies are.

I worked at Savvee Consulting, Inc. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Family-oriented, favorable 401k benefits, lenient leave,

    Cons

Nepotism, pattern of rewarding employees only when employee threatens to leave, lacked backbone to provide what is best for clients -- preferred to be agreeable rather than consult

    Pros

Has very good benefits for a small company, great 401K match that vests immediately. CEO seems to want to hire good talent and make sure retention rate is high.

    Cons

Possibly limited opportunities after current contract ends, time will tell if true or not.

    Advice to Management

None at this time, keep up the good benefits and communication with employees.

I worked at Savvee Consulting, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Compensation is competitive, pretty understanding with work life balance issues.

    Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of standardization, and lack of communication. It's a family owned business, so family members/favorites receive privileges than others. They've had two contracts since the inception of the company, so not good for job security. There is no opportunity to grow your career.
