    Pros

Good colleagues and good work life balance. Everyday is new with challenges dealing with client enquiries. KPISare challenging but attainable.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up

    Pros

Multi asset exposure, some HNW clients

    Cons

Company is not doing well and thus there is poor remuneration even for good performers.

    Advice to Management

Pay your staff. Bottom up not top down determination of bonuses.
