    Pros

    The company pays well above the market. Some people actually want to do something (but not many)

    Cons

    The company is big and unresponsive. The majority of people don't care and just go through the motions.

    Advice to Management

    Be realistic with what you are trying to accomplish

    I worked at Sberbank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent team. Good office in the most expensive area of the city, food is expensive too as a result.

    Cons

    I got the impression that Russian market and the banks obligation to follow government policy doesn't let the full potential of the team flow.

    Pros

    Cheap meals, nice people in there. Nice open space

    Cons

    5+ does not working. If i do not agree with my mark, i have to argue with the Boss. Boss keep an A mark for a same persons.
    Employees are useless pieces of bureaucratic machine. Innovation?! Whaaat>?

    Be Fair

    The bureaucratic system destroys new ideas. Who talks about problem get a bonus reduction

    Decisions aren't made on a realistic situation because some managers want to give a benefits.
