I have been working at Schaedler Yesco full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You are not ran by some big wig 8 states away trying to find new ways to squeeze more profit out of your branch, also you get freedom to make decisions, all they ask is to explain yourself. You get out of this company whatever you put in to it,

    Cons

So nice to the employees some have taken advantage of it and don't carry their weight.

    Advice to Management

    Hold more people accountable.

I have been working at Schaedler Yesco full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you have to work it's a great company. 260+ employees. Fair pay, comparable benefits (health, vision, dental), PTO for vacation and sick days, company hits monthly profit goals everyone gets a check, company hits annual profit goals everyone gets a check. 53% family owned, 47% employee owned. Over 500 business processes documented. Don’t know what previous reviewer was talking about, only company with more documentation would be government.

    Cons

not a huge company where you can get promotions every 6 months

    Pros

They are the locally authorized Allen Bradley distributor. They are fairly efficient with their product delivery.

    Cons

Management indifference to employees, antiquated credit department, inefficient and archaic telephone system and the Eclipse operating system has no printed operating manual to refer to.

    Advice to Management

Use local telephone numbers for your branches and stop making customers in one part of the state speak to an inside salesperson in another part of the state. Also, use some common sense with your operating system training program for new hires and print a manual that people can refer to instead of having to ask someone else.

I have been working at Schaedler Yesco full-time

    Pros

    Great benefits
    Great work-life balance
Ownership that REALLY cares about employees and company future
    Awesome coworkers

    Cons

There can be some stagnation in advancement, but it seems like that is changing for the better. Might be because there is low turnover because people don't want to leave!

    Advice to Management

Keep treating your employees so wonderfully, but ensure that we stay agile enough to not only compete, but dominate the market in the future.

I worked at Schaedler Yesco full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Though not the best paywise. they had an excellent vacation & sick time package. Freedom to do the job you like. Family owned organization. Undercover Boss couldn't film an episode here because the CEO talks to just about everyone on a weekly basis.

    Cons

Wish that Human Resources spent mote time investigating & resolving employee issues. Could be because they're short staffed.
