I worked at Schindler full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a very good learning experience as a first time internship to learn and teach yourself.

    Cons

They need to work on their management of interns though. A lot of the information I should have learned in the beginning was taught near the end of the internship.

    Advice to Management

Maybe dedicate a little more time to your interns so they know what they are doing

I have been working at Schindler full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Schindler provides the opportunity to get in a unique industry and be provided training that could allow you to move on and up with other companies.

    Cons

Management is so far removed from reality and surrounded by individuals that just know how to agree and say yes, rather than actually see and fight for what is right.

    Advice to Management

Try to work with diverse opinions, rather then just promoting your friends.
