    Pros

I was with Schindler for just over a year. I was part of a great team and environment. My role allowed me to interact with not just people in HQ but nationwide.

    Cons

I think all companies will have their cons. With Schindler, the Pros far outweighed the Cons. My experience was very positive there.

    Advice to Management

My advice is to listen to those that may not be in management roles. These are the folks on the front line and can add info to possibly help in many ways.
