I worked at Schlitterbahn full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Laid back environment, fun job, great for a summer job or a first time job.

    Cons

You're working with a lot of High School kids so of course there's going to be that kind of drama to deal with, but you can easily stay away from it.

    - management is great and attentive to its employees
    - great first job for high school graduates

    Cons

    - hours are extremely long

    Advice to Management

I would advise for management to teach their employees about values since they most of the workforce is so young. Other than that, I think they do a great job of incentivizing their employees and making sure that they provide a decent experience to their young workforce.

    I worked at Schlitterbahn part-time

    Pros

Working outside during the summer, felt more like summer vacation than a job. The staff is fun and light hearted making the job even more desirable.

    Cons

It does get hot during the Kansas summers and the honey bees tend to flock near your station due to the sugary mixes that are out.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! I had a blast working for them and if they were open all year round I would gladly have kept bartending there!
