I have been working at Schlotzsky's (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good friends, easy work,upbeat atmosphere

    Cons

Forced to work fast, (often faster than physically able to just to reduce labor costs)
Sent home early regardless of number of hours given to a person for a particular day if there aren't enough customers. Often that means not being able to complete the tasks one is given.

    Advice to Management

If you give an employee a job to do, let them do it without the threat of being sent home early due to labor costs and the fact there may not be too many customers on the day the employee is sent home early.
