    Good benefits, plenty of hrs to work while in the field and was give opportunity to move up..

    Spend most of your time in the field away from home good place if single or with an understanding family.

    As usual it is tough to get the work life balance right, but can be done with the right team and discipline

    Pros

    great people, good pay, very international, working with best technology in the oilfield, supporting processes are well established - can focus on your task, provides training, promotes self-development

    Cons

    little innovation in technology (the strategy is to buy a company vs developing new tech), last few years company goal is stock price - people can be let go anytime during downturn to improve end of quarter finance numbers

    Advice to Management

    project always takes priority, but it doesn't work for all project members; more effort is needed to find the balance between project goals and employee needs
