I worked at Schlumberger (More than a year)

    Pros

Working at one of the smaller bases, there was a great team spirit whilst also having the support of a huge organization. The management team was fantastic and they supported the development of their teams. A great place to be developed and to develop yourself.

    Cons

You do have to prove yourself, not really a con, but management expectations can run high... and rightly so. Sometimes you're just a number within a huge organization.

    Advice to Management

Keep your leaders and managers who have been loyal and performed over the years, stop expecting young graduates to have the worldly experience required to manage people, teams and situations.
