    Pros

If you are young and want to work for a company that can make a global impact on the world and how it affects the environment. This is your company. You can work with every country in the world. Global growth depending on where you land. That is the good news, you can move around if you do not like your job. Live in other countries. Lots of great travel. Good compensation and work/life balance.

    Cons

Very thick level of middle management. So depending on where you land, you may work for someone just trying to just hold onto a job until they retire. Good news, they will retire soon. Know your career goal ambitions.

    Advice to Management

Promote only qualified people who have had proper training on how to coach and lead teams of people. People management is not a skill everyone has. Less middle managers with teams of less than 10 people. A culture of more collaboration across teams of skilled people.

    Pros

    1. nice work environment, opportunities to work with cross-functional teams, and regional teams.
    2. Good opportunities to get exposed to senior management and critical tasks.
    3. Nice place to start as sales

    Cons

    1. Similar issues to other large corporate, slow to market, and lengthy managerial decision process.
    2. Mentorship and career plan for employee is lacking, promotion is mostly based on networking. Not very friendly to fresh grad who just joined industry.

    Advice to Management

    1. Should set more concert market strategical milestones instead of only looking at numbers and please stockholders.. (the words from annual talk are mostly about "generate more profit, bring down cost, be more profitable" etc.
