    Pros

Working with children helping further the Natural Born gifts each child has. Not just athletics, more community communication.

    Cons

Not Enough curriculum base on Children abilities. To many corporate test mentally. Not directly helping the children. This is more so pipeline for prison. Unless parent's direct more of their children direction. Not the hidden figures in Harrisburg or corporate LLC.

    Advice to Management

Parent's direct your children education and not stranger's.
