    Pros

Food truck comes by everyday offering a nice break. They have vending machines that are extremely cheap. Okay data entry work.

    Cons

Questionable accounting practices. They tell you they don't pay for overtime, and everyday you normally accumulate a few extra minutes cause you clock in 10 minutes early and leave 3-5 minutes late, but every paycheck only shows 40 hours on the dot. Not sure if that is legal to remove a few minutes from an employees paycheck...? And when they do authorize overtime you barely see it in your check. Management likes to rule with an iron-fist. The company culture is to stay in your place, be on time, do your job or you'll be replaced. Workers normally don't complain, they just keep their heads down. Senior management will stand behind an employee and talk about them like they are not there, putting them down to their manager within earshot. No room for advancement.

    Pros

I really cannot think of a single one.

    Cons

Incredibly horrible company to work for. The owner and upper management do not care at ALL about their employees. People are treated and paid like trash, talked to in a degrading manner by management, laid off to hire cheaper people to do the same job. The owner hires friends and family and relatives of other employees. You are absolutely never praised for a job well done, only screamed at and literally cussed at for things that are completely out of your control. Hires seasonal help, pays them minimum wage for a difficult job, then gets rid of the them. I've seen many people leave in tears. One of the worst places I have ever worked in my life.

    Pros

Straigt forward job. Learn a lot about photography.

    Cons

Too much office politics. The relative and friends of the managers get bigger pay (double or triple), shorter work hours, and closer locations to shoot at.
