I have been working at Schultz Miller inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of Autonomy once you have proven your skills.
Focus on doing the right thing for the client
Focus on quality and craftsmanship, sometimes at the expense of profits.

    Cons

Wages/Salaries are not keeping pace compared to many other local high-end residential constructions firms. (It's a HOT job market right now)

    Advice to Management

    Raises!

    Pros

You will get to work on some pretty "Well Known" peoples homes

    Cons

Very stuck up atmosphere, constantly walking on eggshells

    Advice to Management

Hire more people, we are all over worked. A full time job is 40hrs not 70

    Pros

Complex and unique homes to work on, good medical benefits, good retirement investment options, great people to work with, good career advancement possibilities.

    Cons

Early morning start times, slight disconnect between upper management and office employees with the on site carpenters and job supervisors.

    Advice to Management

More options for all employees to work together and get to know each other to prevent the separation between all employees.
