Angry customers/suppliers, late projects, frustrated employees. Inconsistent work. No business plan. No incentives. Bullying is allowed and common. Morale is low and departments blame each other. Additional job duties are expected without compensation. Tiny year-end bonuses.

Small company feel with large goals, always looking for unique solutions, flexible schedules, no micro-managing, simple knowledge of company finances shared with all, excellent benefits with competitive wages, Owner is accessible if needed,

Clear job related roles between departments is not set which can lead to overlap in work done or worse, no one does it thinking the other department will.
