    Pros

Great company with good benefits and lots of perks. Pay is appropriate for the industry and equivalent positions elsewhere.

    Cons

On the job training usually means the person who is supposed to be training you uses you as an excuse to not be around and leaves you to figure everything out yourself. Also there's absolutely zero job security.

    Pros

Excellent boss, good communicator, took care of people, growing company and lost his authority to make certain decisions not because of performance but because of nepotism.

    Advice to Management

Become more diversified and promote management on ability not on whose friend and relative they are.
