    Pros

Had a good coordinator out of the HTX office. Tools are reliable when taken care of.

    Cons

Never home, lucky of you get a rotation on a job. Other directional companies pay more and some even guarantee days off. Casper office just leaves the field hands out in the field and under pays them compared to the rest of the offices.

    Pros

Decent pay, good insurance, per diem, fairly laid back

    Cons

Coordinator does as little work possible, meaning everything is on you. You get sent to the wrong location, or sent the wrong time of arrival, have you whole day wasted without as much as an apology. Leadership is nonexistent.

    Pros

The pay was good. Benefits are generous. The CEO Pam finally started to do what was needed to make the company profitable. The previous CEO may have signed the company's death certificate.

    Cons

The oil field is a rough place to work. It's dangerous, long hours, long days away from home. You will be divorced in 5 years. Raises and promotions are few and far between.
