They have or had great benefits and packages that are very good. paid lunches, matched 401k. Holidays and comp expense's. Not much left, the Good employees are leaving and the ones that can't are still here. Decade ago this place was the best place to be and we still hang onto those hopes that it will be again..

Its hard to write cons about a company I have been with for over 6 years. but the cons are far greater then the pros these past years. Looking at the reviews you can immediately tell these are being made by HR or by higher ups. Reason being that no employee would promote a company that's trying to sell itself without notifying employees. The company is trying to sell itself like i said. Public news. we had to find out by a news outlet that they where. Phil later apologized and then confirmed they where selling. Followed with reassurance that we come first... They have prioritized finances to look optimal within the company on paper when things are barely able to get done with the resources they have. After they removed the following. Company profit sharing, yearly bonuses, pay increase, yearly performance reviews, employees, benefit, insurance increases. Pay cuts would be rolled back to original pay, Compensated for the loses this year with possible option for raises. None of this has come back and its looking they want to sell before they have to come clean with their promise before the end of the year so they dont have to. If you notify them your are leaving they wont back fill on their promises and cut you loss. Public lawsuits on pay cuts and fraud are all over the web from this company. This is nothing new for them. Its standard. Direct competitors are looking to buy, meaning they already have manufacturing plants similar to this facility, most likely outside CA. Very good chance this place is closed within several years if they are bought. If they are not, then don't expect the promises to be fulfilled. The good people are leaving and the ones that make to much are being cut, I dont say please stay away because upper management keeps lieing to up employee retention, that is every corporation out there. Suck it up , welcome to corporate america. what i am saying is don't work here unless you like low pay, large workloads no job security, tied to the oil ups and downs from a company that rather hire the desperate for the low wages. No yearly reviews, dont expect a raise and if you do get one, worry that your on the list to be cut. Save the stress for a reliable company. The company is looking to be bought by the end of this year so things may be different then... Good luck.
