    Pros

    Salary and benefits are good.

    Cons

This company is basically a job shop for the Government. All employees are expected to secure their own customer, and customer funding. Very unstable. Job security is very low. Employee annual reviews are required but are rarely performed by upper management. HR is not your friend.

    Advice to Management

If I were in charge, I would definitely acquire a team of individuals who were experience. I would have a flex work schedule. Have weekly meetings for a timeline of what needed to be done. I would cross train all employees, so that in anyone's absence, they could excel in doing every job. I would listen to understand my employees, instead of listen then react, without knowing all the facts. I would offer actual competitive salaries.

If you're looking for a career, this isn't the place to work. The management exceeds micromanaging to a T! It's like you're at a daycare center. If you have solid input on how to tackle a task, it won't even be looked at as working smarter. There is no room for growth here. If you're looking for a paycheck and only a paycheck, this is the place to go. A typical day at this job consist of coming in and waiting AT LEAST 3 hours to start your day. You will encounter co-workers sleeping at their computer and getting some ZZZZ's in before they want to start work. You will drive around in a rental truck to do deliveries at the last minute, instead of planning out daily tasks. Management is PART-TIME and therefore doesn't really know what goes on between the employees, while absent. Management will pick the sides of the employees that have been there the longest and not even give thought to want the truths are. The work-place culture is A JOKE! The hardest part of the job was hearing co-workers talk about personal life experiences, the profanity and the extremely loud talking. The most enjoyable part of the job was the lunch break and using the bathroom. Future Employee BEWARE!
