I have been working at Scope International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

From the bottom of my heart, nothing good here. It is not a software company. No job security. It is being ruled by stupid bureaucratic senior management

    Cons

From day 1, I am being pressurized to come and work on all weekends. No comp off or anything.

Company functions like manager is God. From the day of joining I am being pressurized to work heavily and manager threatening me that (s)he will layoff. Without even starting / evaluating the work I am not sure how manager could do such things.

My manager's manager also is not visible to me. So I am really stuck without knowing whom to report these kind of nuisance.

    Advice to Management

Please give deliverables to senior managers. Ask them to be hands on. If you don't give their duty just becomes playing politics, doing stupid bureaucracy and threatening technical resources
