I worked at Scotiabank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Reasonable workload...good for work-life balance. Opportunity for growth however very little training and little monetary incentive to change positions. Competitive benefits however, every year there are changes making benefits more expensive for employees.

    Cons

Salaries are low, annual raises under 2%. Low productivity as a result of low moral. Very little incentive or motivation to perform.
