    Pros

Amazing company with great benefits. They take care of their people and it is a fun environment. Great work-life balance.

I worked at Scripps Networks Interactive full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Competitive pay and great benefits. Great corporate culture and top of the line facilities.

    Cons

If you’re looking for career advancement opportunities then a position on the SNI Support Desk is not for you. The support desk is constantly under staffed and there are very few opportunities to move off of the desk once you start working there.

I worked at Scripps Networks Interactive for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great benefits and paid time off.

    Cons

Very little transparency with management. Millennial get stuck in positions with great pay, but very little opportunity for growth or movement. This makes it hard to leave because a lot of places don't pay as well. It's also very "southern" in the sense that people don't tell you if there are problems, they discuss it behind your back.

I have been working at Scripps Networks Interactive full-time

    Pros

Great benefits; wonderful place to work.

    Cons

There should be a better path for growth within the company. Too many managers have been promoted that are unqualified.

I have been working at Scripps Networks Interactive full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great benefits and culture, activley working to stay on top of the market

    Cons

Work/life policies are more of a bragging right for the company as their implementation is left up to individual managers and a fair number of employees get left out. Small departments and a younger workforce means career stagnation for employees.

I have been working at Scripps Networks Interactive

    Pros

Beautiful campus Uplifting co-workers Great benefits and pay Lots of freedom so long as work is completed

    Cons

    - Company relies on people for things outside their primary role. If you have knowledge in an area outside your job, you will often be on the hook to perform those actions. - Too much separation between brands. Working with the each brand gets very tedious as each has its own process. - Advancement opportunities are not always clear. You really have to go above and beyond and hope to get noticed when an opportunity comes up. It often involves switching departments.
