For one year, I have not had any organizational problems. Everything is always fair and transparent. The atmosphere of mutual respect and support always and everywhere. There are a lot of projects and positions available. I had high technical and organizational levels on all projects I had to deal with.

Cons

Requests for equipment are processed quite slowly.
