I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You talk with tons of people from all over the world and over time you'll developed really good people skills You get good at handling and organizing money People watching You get to play the games occasionally Your co-workers are just as miserable as you are, and that breeds good comradery. You meet a lot of cool people from other countries. Discounted park food which is actually yummy. Great job for high school and college kids living in the area.

    Cons

Lots of sunblock Lots of standing They are not flexible with schedules at all. You're outside 99% of the time, rain or shine. Extreme bouts of boredom. Long hours doing nothing Very little acknowledgment of good deeds (raking in huge amounts of cash on slow days) by management. Management (supervisors and up) sometimes is just mean to everyone.

I worked at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fun benefits like free admission to the park and Universal. Lots of employee events and service projects. Lots of opportunities for growing with the company. They really like hiring within the company so if you start small you can get into supervisor positions.

    Cons

Long hours in sometimes challenging environments. Dealing with irate guests. Very strict and unforgiving safety policies. In some positions you won't know your schedule until the week before leading to work/life balance issues.
