- Generally its a good working environment and the teams of people working there are what make it enjoyable. I have no regrets about joining the company. - Technically challenging, never dull. - Onsite Gym and training classes promote healthy living. - Onsite canteen is reasonably good and well priced. - Healthcare is provided however dental cover is not provided. - Life insurance is provided.

- Flip/flop night shifts are very challenging on employees, thankfully I work a day rotation and have not done nights in many years. - Pension contributions from the company are inadequate at 5% and are a ticking timebomb for retirees from the company. Compared to pensions in the public sector its around a third of what the employer pays. Don't expect to retire rich unless you have made private investments as well. - Management are not quick enough to identify people who are being overloaded with work and address it. - A lot of concern over the technology reaching end of life so there are worries about longevity and how the plant will be used in future. - Keep getting messages that the companies projections for storage still look fine but no payrise this year even though there was a bonus. Due to inflation being high this is a pay reduction for employees and contradicts the "positive message" that the senior teams are trying to convey. Payrises show confidence in the future. Bonuses only show confidence in the very near term and quite frankly are a hollow short term way of appeasing employees. - General feeling that cost effectiveness will become a priority over the coming years and that purse strings will be tightened. - Office environment is a bit dull to work in and definitely could be brightened up to make it a more pleasant place to be. The carpets are heavily stained for example but never get replaced. The colour scheme is really dull and lighting leads to a lot of computer screen glare. Seats are often damaged or falling apart and don't get cleaned or replaced so the office looks fairly grotty for visitors coming on site.

Understanding and supportive management, Employees are encouraged to speak up and contribute. Management is pro-active to provide support to employees who're trying their best to contribute to the company positively.

Cons

Like every other companies, there are bound to be politics around and disagreement with some of the company's policies. I would say the working environment is quite good in comparison to other MNCs locally.
